1. Returns

  • Items may be returned if they are received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (cash refunds provided at the time of item pickup or replacement).

  • Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to process.

3. Replacements

  • If you prefer, we can provide a replacement for defective or damaged items instead of a refund, subject to availability.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Personalized or special-order items cannot be returned unless defective.
