1. Returns
Items may be returned if they are received in a damaged or defective condition.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (cash refunds provided at the time of item pickup or replacement).
Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to process.
3. Replacements
If you prefer, we can provide a replacement for defective or damaged items instead of a refund, subject to availability.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
Personalized or special-order items cannot be returned unless defective.
